ascertain the claimant's level of physical activity.
FRAUD INVESTIGATION
A full criminal or civil
investigation into fraudulent activities would be conducted by our Agency. This may
include surveillances, witness statements, etc.
SURVEILLANCES
Video surveillance, as well as,
35mm surveillances are conducted in order to substantiate a claim filed by an accident
benefit recipient, as well as, to prove the level of mobility by a claimant.
BACKGROUND
INVESTIGATIONS
Personal information is obtained
concerning previous residences, marriages, number of dependents, general character,
financial and solvency history, employment, etc.
Obtain witness statements and tape-recorded statements, as well as, conduct personal and
telephone interviews.
SECURING A FIRE
SCENE
We have an immediate response time
in order to attend and secure a fire scene. This includes videotaping the scene, as
well as, securing the area with Police tape.
